There are infact alot of viet gals not who speak english or chinese and is not a WL.
Go and xian the mui mui receptionist in the hotels... they are defintely friendly and speak good english or chinese. Some are damn pretty in their ao dai... especially the 1 at Dainam Hotel.
I stayed there last december and i still remember her look and charm
