They will ask to check your phone if they suspect you are taking photos or video.
If they find any evidence confirm you done it..... they will remove your sim and cut it into pieces.... your phone will also be reformatted to clear everything inside before they return it back to you.
Now at least you still can get back your phone..... previously during pre-covid time they will just confiscate your phone and smash it into pieces.
