I agree with you, West Ham should be docked points (it could still happen) and be relegated.

Last season transfer is one issue...whether or not they have "all rights" of Tevez...they should on "gentleman" term allowed Tevez to leave the club and join other club...from all the various reports, there are still some ways to transact this loaned move w/o further complications...but it seemed that they are unwilling to part with Tevez...
Tevez already made clear of his intention to leave, why force a player to play for them?
To think i actually support them last season, now i seriously hope they will be relegated....
