H89 hv been heavily used by sg tour operators as one of their packages tour hotel...
And even if the package tour tourists don't stay at H89. They also bring them there for massage. At time if over capacity they would use IndoThai just few steps away.
In fact, there are very high chance for one to see many sg tourists in whole Penuin area.
That one of the reason for me to visit Bailong early in the morning.
Also another reason is I got to get my pig kidney and blood before it sold out.
