That is less than 2% fee! Very good.
They are not a charity. They run a business, which is applying a markup on currency conversion.
From our perspective, what we should do is to find the best seller, that is the agent applying the smallest markup.
Still agents applying 20% markup exist and run a successful business, because they cater lazy people, or those who have no other choice (e.g., last minute changes in airports).
