There was a hotel which suits u best -
- its within walking distance from lucky plaza
- its S$50 (a bit out of your budget preference)
- the rooms are resort layout; all rooms have fantastic garden view
- it has a big swimming pool, together with poolside cafe / gym & sauna
but too bad ...
