I heard of this and quite common teachings among the local ktv scene whereby the seniors will teach their new comers to marry to a Singaporean and apply LTVP, then PR...once PR the gal legally can stay in Singapore without hubby then divorce...regardless have kids by then...
Actually the teachings were...get a few bfs an deach gives certain monthly allowances, new iPhones handbags, gifts...etc...then choose one who keen to marry her...
