hahaha.. Reminds me when I first started. Went to grind quite a few landmines and yet they refuse to add my records & gave excuses that they didn't subscribe to the databases. Until I met a ML that is nice enough to do it for me sincerely.
It was a quite tough journey but be patient, eventually you will overcome it
BTW weekend is the low peak period of ML.. if you dont get a reply from them either they are taking a off-day or your records in database is not substantial enough.
