There are many different PCR test/method for a single pathogen in the market.
Batch PCR testing (testing of samples collected over a period of time) or single test kit (1 sample/run) all have different pricing and turnaround time. Some clinics offer same day result testing but charge u a few hundred of dollars because such single and fast kit is rather expensive.
