Unless there is a nurse assisting the doctor, if not, likely just the male patient and the doctor in the examination room.

Not me, maybe some others hv...although it is not usual for a guy to request for a chaperone during an examination of his private parts, believe he can do so ..but the purpose of having a chaperone to be present for male doctors examining the female private parts is to protect them from being accused of molesting their female patients...guys being the 'stronger' sex, maybe they feel guys r more open n shd not be shy to let their private parts being seen by girls n since they r the aggressive or dominant sex they don't need protection as much as girls do whose private parts r very much sought after by guys
On the other hand for female doctors examining male private parts the chaperone is there to help prevent the female doctors from being molested or hurt in other sexual ways by the male patient she is examining
