When was the last time you been to Waterfront City?
It's not as active as before when the casino was still operational, but it sure are not that bad as you've put it...
Weekenders still come for their decent holiday staying in both the Harris and Holiday Inn resort. The spa in Holiday Inn, you'll see many Sg ladies coming for their full spa treatment packages because it's good n cheap compared to Sg.
Go Kart is still on, Paint Ball also on, in fact they've added the latest version of War Game known as Airsoft Gun.
Water sports like jet ski and cable ski ect.... also still running.
Well, if anyone who's in for a decent, cheap (compared to Sg) and short weekend getaway type holiday, then Waterfront City is still a very good place to visit.

No need to quote as if i've never been there although i know you've been there for so long now.
From my visits, weekdays that it, it's pretty much quiet more like dead. I had the whole go cart track to myself for almost an hour without any visitor in sight.
The swimming pool in Harris was deserted and the 2 tennis courts was filled with algae and rotting plants.
I didn't see any plane at the micro lights nor any body in the cable ski next door.
The roads are still shitty from years ago the a few stalls remain from across the street from Harris.
This is all my observations for a typical weekday in Waterfront.
I did not claim this was also true for the weekend.
Hope that clears all doubts.
PS : Which part of the info i gave is wrong ?
There is no ATV, there is no Snow City, and probably the wrong thing wrong was about paintball.
