Its a pity that u have already booked ur hotel. If u have read this thread u would know what I mean. I just hope u had not book any of those international hotel. If u probably do not know yet, those International hotel is not only expensive but also not guest friendly. So in the end u may still have to book a local hotel. The savings from those international hotel bookings is more than enuf for ur party funds in hanoi.
