I heard from friends that still travel to Vietnam or HCM that very little tourists...most of them are either on biz trips...and hurry to go home type...
Those ang moh tourists are also avoiding expensive D1...
Latest news was D3 duong Ban Co will be buidling backpackers hostel to complement PNL...
Also Jetstar Asia no longer fly HCM or Hanoi...
