A masculine woman isn't going to choose a masculine man, because then it becomes an unending mental competition between them both even if subconsciously to see who can "out-man" the other.
Same logic as why you always see women have jealousy/envy issues with other women over who's more beautiful. Because it triggers the mental ego bit in them that sees it all as a competition, and not a healthy one at that.
Nothing wrong with feminine guys though. Long as it's balanced out between both parties dating, they happy can alr.
