I think should always agree with your regular that FJ is more like mutual exchange than paid service. Of course the base $120 still pay for booking her time lah, but if she ask for more money for FJ then that's not "unlocking" anymore, it's called paying for premium service exclusive to regular customers
Call me old school bah, but I feel if I unlock ML it means we both enjoy each other's presence and want to take intimacy to next level. Is like FWB, I help you you help me type of exchange. I agree with you, I will automatically feel damn turned off when after the deed happy happy then suddenly ask me top up extra. Ruins the intimacy and in mind the "unlock" degraded into a mere transaction.
