This is a question I’ve been pondering for the longest time. Now that I can’t sleep here it is:
Why are there seemingly more Thai ladies selling themselves than say, other South East Asian ladies? Think Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Indonesiasns etcÂ… Certainly itÂ’s not a matter of poverty since they’re definitely not by any measure the poorest in the region, but they have a whole Dome 1 dedicated to them.
China yes of course, throughout history there seems to be those historical brothels from the Middle Kingdom and of course they’re the most populous country. But Thailand? And plus they keep producing WLs too over the years with fresh supply. In the late 90s-early 2000s there were many Msian WLs but these have really become much rarer as compared to their thai counterparts which have pretty much maintained their numbers I guess?
Does someone have an educated viewpoint or an intelligent theory about this?
Are Thai ladies lazier? Do they value their bodies less? Are they more materialistic? Do they have more sick parents/siblings/children/cows/goats fill in the blanks…. Do they enjoy sex? more open as a society? What is it?
Might be the wrong place to ask this, but oh well. I couldn’t possibly ask this during CNY conversations or house warmings.
