My experience is pre-COVID, I have used massage parlours since then. I am a middle-aged Indian.
All OKTs have been welcoming; I have shared a smoke with many while waiting; and they have given me recommendations. The only colour they seem interested in was the S$ notes.
Frankly, they are the ultimate service industry.
