This is absolutely true. There is little room for misunderstanding if all the details are spec'd out, preferably in a chat message so you can easily point it out.
My main reason for preferring outcall is my fear of vice squad barging in during my session. But I would love to hear some horror stories other bros had with outcall. Would love to learn on other people mistakes, rather than mine.
