The prices for FL in hcmc have gone up esp in D1.
Which is why I have to venture to D5, D8, D10 to look for vnb that the local Vietnamese will call.

Dmg: 2200k (price in D10 is usually around 1500k)
Hotel: can negotiate to come to your hotel (usually the FL FL have a designated hotel)
Duration: 40mins including shower
