When i first arrived in Vietnam some years back, i was warned by my vietnamese friend to be cautious. He told me that the uneducated and poor vietnamese tend to want to cheat foreigners while those educated ones tend to be better. After some years, i realised that the poor cheat to make a living while the educated ones cheat to make more money. But not all are bad, there are still some good ones around.
