Time will tell. My mum 1st impression on my bro wife also not good. She say that his wife sure got work in KTV to earn money. But actually my bro wife is a well educated gal and from a middle class family in vn. She helped my bro in his business in vn. Now my mum accepted her as a daughter-in-law.
As for myself, my mum also accepted my gf since she knows i am well taken care by her.
Let your parents know and slowly educate them that vn gals are alright and not all are bad.
