Working and living here in Saigon or coming here for a few days to cheong were 2 difference stories all together.
For those who have baxa. Try this place Ha Noi & Toi @ 38 Tran Cao Van P6 Quan 3
The boss is from the north and he is also the singer. A one man band that sing viet oldies. For coffee or a couple of drinks.
A strongly recommened place for couple who prefer a cosy corner and not so noisy place. Nice music too. They start singing at 8pm.
