Hi HB sorry kaypoh a bit

The general misconception is that the sponsor or spouse can "cancel" the PR status, which in reality no individual other than ICA (or the Gahmen") can revoke or cancel a PR status.

In theory if she is gainfully employed (means have a proper job) and never commit any criminal offences, her PR status should not be in jeopardy. However this is only in theory and the ICA has the right to revoke the PR status at any time.
