But like I said dont expect condition like Maxi ya. The cheapest rate u have in Maxi cant even beat the suite at Kingstar. Try take the suite. Then cheap. Two beds....with bath tub. One thing I like about this area is because alot of MP nearby. A local niteclub with live band near wiko too.....

3-4 hotels nearby. 5-10mins walk to Maxi, Gabion, Palapa.....

If u going Balai again, PM me. Will give u some tips...
