WEF from 2nd June 2008..... Ferry service to Tg Balai will be cut down to just 3 trips on weekdays & 4 trips on weekends.

New Schedule as follows:-

MONDAY to FRIDAY
Sin - Tg Balai (SG time) - 8.00am , 1.30pm & 8.20pm
Tg Balai - Sin (Indo time) - 7.30am , 11.00am & 5.00pm

SATURDAY/ SUNDAY / PUBLIC HOLIDAY
Sin - Tg Balai (SG time) - 8.00am , 11.20am , 3.00pm & 8.20pm
Tg Balai - Sin (Indo time) - 7.30am , 11.00am , 2.00pm & 5.00pm


RETURN TRIP FARE :- $35.00 (ticket) + $6.00 (tax) + $12 (fuel surcharge) = $53.00

PS - fuel surcharge may increase again next couple of weeks

Other charges :- Re-confirmation of ticket at Balai side is RP 10,000 + RP 25,000 exit tax.

Exchange rate on 01/06/08 :-

S$100 = RP 660,000 (Harbourfront)
S$100 = RP 680,000 (Balai)

Cewek pricing also follow ferry schedule...eg. for ceweks at Villa rates are as follows:-

MONDAY TO THURSDAY
RP 280,000 - 350,000 (morning take gal)
RP 240,000 - 300,000 (afternoon take gal)

FRIDAY TO SUNDAY
RP 600,000 - 800,000 (morning)
RP 450,000 - 600,000 (afternoon)

PUBLIC HOLIDAY
RP 800,000 - 1,000,000 (morning)
RP 600,000 - 800,000 (afternoon)

ANYTIME
RP 1,000,000 - 2,000,000 (Robert Heads )

Kindly note for "young" or "new" ceweks, premium is applicable in addition to above prices.
