Hi all,

I am going to HCM city next week for like 4 nights, and this is going to be my 1st time in Vietnam. I don't speak any Vietnamese, but I am regular goer to nightclubs, massage parlors in Macau, China ... etc.

Anyway I have researched a bit in the forum, and found some great info. Thanks all.

But I would like to ask, if anyone can answer some of my questions so that I don't bump into stupid traps, esp. for foreigners.

However I am going alone with no friends or partners for this trip.

I am going to stay in the New World Hotel, I have heard there is a high-end nightclub called "Catwalk".


1. can anyone explain how it works? Is it just a bar, and u pick girls up or it is like a normal KTV with rooms and girls to choose?
2. If I wanted to bring the girl to the room, I have read that local girls are not allowed in for my hotel? So how to work around it or any other suggestions?
3. If I walked in alone and 1st time, will I be super-riped off by the people there?
4. Is the massage parlour in the NW hotel any good?
4. Since I am staying for a few nights, any other places you recommend for me? I prefered to be closer to my hotel if possible.
