Place starts earlier than 7pm. as early as 5pm. I know becuase was recently there for happy hour to catch up with some long lost friends.

Polo Club is located on the first floor. The entrance is on the left side of the hotel main door. Walk up the stairs and you will pass the Polo Massage Centre before you hit the Polo Club entrance.
In terms of the quality of the gers, I would say that all are way way below the average standard. If I am drunk enough maybe one would be above average...
