1.LKF is in Central Hong Kong Island. Depending on time of the day, Kowloon and HK tunnel cross harbour is mostly jammed packed with cars, you are better off taking a train from TST into central and head out via exit D. Going home after 12 am on a taxi would be ok as work crowd would have dissipated.

3.Yes there are in Wanchai area. Joe Bananas, Bulldogs etc along Luard road area. most famous one is called fenwicks but these places are loads of phillipinos only.
4.well tons of massage places in HK, you will see a lot of foot reflexology centres etc. so you will not miss it, ask your concierge to recommend a place near your hotel easier.
