I think this place might have been recommended by others before but maybe I would like to re-post to anybody who has missed it.
TRAM CHIM Restaurant @303 Dien Bien Phu Dist.3. HCMC (Near CMT8)
I was there last week and this place is full of waitress all showing their Cleavage. I saw some even drink with customers. Being my first time there, my eyes were roaming all around. It seems to me like "Vietnamese Hooters"!!!
The place is packed with people and the tables were placed so near to each other that sometimes the waitress have to squeeze through the chairs that dont know it "accidentally or intentionally" rub against your arm or your head with the body.
Prices are reasonable. So if you have nowhere to go for dinner, you can always try TRAM CHIM. (I get no commission hor
