It has been the norm for snatch theft in Vietnam. Motorbikes snatching yr mobile phone, hand bags etc. Singaporeans got to learn to be very careful when overseas. I often see singaporeans placing their mobile phones on their dinning table when they dine out in Vietnam.... what a risk
