I may not be active in the Jkt scene, but I've been in Indo for long time, since 1994, and have been traveling to many parts (some really and truly are remote or kumpung type) of Indonesia, 99% of the time traveling alone (without any help from any tour agent or ground handler), and I am still standing here, big, strong and friendly (only with the right people)......  |

Jakarta is not so dangerous, but to me it is not the most user friendly city in the world. Please advice if I am wrong.
Compare to Singapore, Jakarta is a mountain of red tape, not just in the business area but in our day to day requirements.
I think it would ten times the effort and time spent to find your way around in Jakarta compare lets say ................, might I dare Singapore?
