Can I ask, where is this place? I'm wondering if it's one called Quan Nho in Vietnamese (which I think translates to SMALL PLACE in English), an incredibly small bar that has Japanese style seating upstairs. If they charged $3 for Heineken, (and if it's the place I am thinking of) then it sounds like they overcharged -- bars like those always charge 25,000 or 30,000 max for a beer. The bar I'm thinking of is next to a small alley, with another similar (but bigger) bar across that that alley. Both on Le Thanh Ton street down near where it begins.
