I felt that viet gal coming to sgp has to "pay" introduction fee of about $1000 - $1700, therefore they need to earn back b4 they can give u anything FOC....
When they come the 1st time, they are in heavy debts.
For subsequent trips, they r less in debt and then maybe they will be more willing to talk "heart-matters".
