Wah bro, u ride bike without license in Saigon huh? Good luck hor. If you kanna CSGT, u will have a hard time. When i was riding bike in HCMC last time, i try to avoid Q1 most of the time. There's CSGT stationed at almost every other junction, once kanna, will be troublesome. I still remember there's always 2 CSGT stationed at Nguyen Van Linh Q7, leading to my house. I'm always playing hide and seek with them.
