I stayed at Thanh Loan Hotel the last time I was at Dalat. USD 25 per night for couple if i'm didn't remembered wrongly. I was alone so they charged me USD 15. Nice clean little hotel managed by a few friendly aunties. One thing to note is no air con at this hotel but I don't think you need it as the weather is very cooling at Da Lat.
