hi... hows the balai scene like? is it still the same? has the girl changed a lot of it is still the same old ones. it has been almost a year since i last visited balai. and what is the hotel rate for maxi now per nite? can anyone pls advise. lastly me n one guy friend will be going balai this coming sunday? interested parties, pls pm me for more info thanks....
