the word 'nên' is use here as 'so', I see a number of sms from my HM girl using 'nên' also... that is why sometime i also use it.
but looking at the vdict,
'nên' = ought to
in this context, the word 'so' should be: vì thế, vì vậy, vì thế cho nên, vì lẽ đó
example: I was ill and so I could not come (tôi bị ốm vì vậy tô không đến được)

my intepretation is:
cannot forget you
quên = forget
quen biết = get to know
sometimes gals sms "quen" without the sign, it is difficult to understand whether they want to know or want to forget someone...
