Viva Saigon Food Market serves popular dishes from the three regions - north, central, and south Vietnam - including Hue beef noodles, Vietnamese salads, snails with diced pork and ba ba sweet dessert.


The food market is uniquely designed with alleyways, sign-posted from one to eight, reminiscent of village markets or old Saigon. The food stalls even have antique windows, staircases, old long play records and Pham Duy’s song books, which are hard to find in modern HCMC to help create the old-world feel.
