24K SJC tael is not only not shiny, it's also very soft. Now, the price of physical gold in Vietnam is cheaper than the world price. Physical gold on the world market is trading at a premium to spot price, but in Vietnam, it's trading at a discount. The beauty of it all - when you deposit your gold with the bank, you get almost 2% interest( not too long ago was 5%). Just imagine
the bank pays you interest to safekeep your gold bars.
