I think it is time to re-post this again.
When it comes to picking up FLs in Vietnam, one has to be cautious.
1. Never ever follow FLs who approach you on motorbikes and ask you if you want ladies as you are walking along the streets. Most of the time, they wil bring you to some god-forsaken place and either steal your money / phone or extort you for money. Some are as smart enough to take only some and leave the rest of your money in there so that you won’t be suspicious.
How they do it is;
You will go to shower and leave your Jeans / trousers etc etc outside. While you are in there, they will steal it from you and run out of the room. If you take it into the toilet with you, they will give you a massage so that you are faced-down and they will steal it from you. Sometimes, there are rooms with “concealed” holes in the walls and with your stuff hanging on the hooks etc etc, a hand will appear and steal your stuff. If you somehow managed to keep your wallet with you througout the whole process, they might resort to having someone come banging on the door and say that you rape his girlfriend and than extort money from you.
2. Picking up FLs from restuarants = Tan Hai Van at Nguyen Trai.
These girls are MOSTLY ok as they are “regulars” in the FL scene. However there is a group of them who go around stealing things from their customers when the customers bring them HOME. If you are based here, don’t ever bring them to your house, go to a hotel.
3. Picking up FLs from Discos. KTVs, etc etc
I am no expert on this but sometimes you may agree on a price with the FL before hand for LT and after you fire one round, she tells you she has to go home, got problem, etc etc and still demand the full price from you. It is up to you if you want to pay her or give her partial payment.
4. Booking girls from Hai Ba Trung Bars = 35, 49, 51, 91 Hai Ba Trung D1
These places are “normally” safer as these girls work for a “mummy, ableit a syndicate. A portion of the money you pay to book the girl goes to the “Bar”. Most of the time the girls will not pull a fast one on you as you can easily go back to the bar and “complain” to the “mummy” However, the gilrs are also known to occasionally “play punk” with customers by saying they cannot stay overnite and must go back even though you paid for LT rates.
5. Hotel Delivery
Some hotels do provide Special Delivery. This is provided by the concierge. You can keep rejecting till you see a girl you like but that might take forever.
