1 of my cheong kaki went to HCMC with me last time. He rides bike in Sillypore. So when he was there, he also tried riding there. He commented that although there are alot of bikes, the speed is slow, so it is quite easy to ride around. Furthermore the bikes there are auto gear. Except when comes to the circles/roundabout...
