SingViet, how is Vn law for women charter...is it similar to Sin...if divorce, women gets half or more of the husband's assets?
If only ROM in Vn but dun ROM in Sin, can Vn wife file claim husband's assets in Sin?? Anybody knew this can help to explain...thank you in advance...
