I think not because singaporean look down vietnamese.. is because.. some singaporean treat different to other depend on money status.. A1 Ward shld be showing u are $$$$ singaporean.. that why the doctor attitude change suddenly.. haha maybe scared u got $$$ can sue him.. something like that..
it is the $$$$ make the different in singapore hahaha
