I often read about warning for ppl not to give out FL contacts to newbies with low poiints or those who never post FR for fear of them being undercover AV. But is this really effective ?

I believe right now some of the AV have accounts that are years back, with rep points of 5 or more. Is not like the AV only discovered this forum this year ! The moment the forum started, AV would have already register accounts here.

Posting of FR means that you are a true cheongster ? How you know if a FR is real or fake ? eg. I wan to get a FL contact name Chio Bu. But no one gives because I got no FR. So I go post a short and fake FR at any of the post. Copy and paste and edit a bit. I ask for contact again 10 mins later, woot ... I got it !

So ... do i make any senses ?

I understand some bro wanted to protect the girl. Be the protective man. But if they want to come out to do this, they must be prepared to face the consequences. If they are meant to be caught, they will be caught. Anyway they are not going to jail or anything, they just get deported. They can then try their luck at other countries. Then few years later, try their luck to enter Singapore again. Also by putting up restrictions, you are actually minimise their income. If they are in this line, they want to earn as much as they can in as short a period of time as possible then get out of here.
