I can understand that it is unfair to newbies but it is essential for newbies to be screened by seniors thoroughly before they can be cleared.

As you are aware, some newbies with 0 postings signed up and then asked for contacts to some joints like RSE, and other joints when threadstarters make it clear that only samsters with credible FRs can gain access thru them.

Who are those newbies? It might a reporter or undercover AV officer. Or some of them are mentally unsound, calling up gals just to ask questions, blackmailing them..
