This 港丽 is no doubt cheap. But the condition is very spartan...not as comfortable as LQD. For LQD u must stay on the 9th flr, thats where the good rooms are. PM GTO, he will be most willing to help you get best rates..price wise LQD is not the best but the location is good. Walking distance to most eating and saunas as well.
