I am going to Tay NINH (East of HCMC) on friday with a viet marriage agency. Looking for a viet wife in a 4 day 3 nights trip.

1) Is it better if she is age older around 25?
never worked? only help parents with in farm and around the house?
speaks vietnamese only?

or

2) younger than 25?
worked in shoe/clothing factory?
speaks vietnamese only?

or

3) younger than 25?
worked in city and speaks some chinese/english?
