Yes...... but this arrangement is very lecheh and everyone involved would rather not have this type of arrangement.

One of you will have custody of the child but she/he has to get the approval of the other party on decisions involving the child. If both of you are always the cannot agree type........ everyone involved will become very busy making several trips back to the family court frequently........ that is why nobody wants this type of arrangement.
