If the girls do have OKTs to manage the PMs for them, the OKTs job is very simple here - just 1 FR and PM the contacts  .
I think $10-20 per PM is already a lucrative business for these OKTs here already.

On PRCs FLs, they also have OKTs what, so since both local and PRCs FLs have OKT charges, they will cancel out each other.
