Drove down Nguyen Bieu and noticed that 166 was festooned with bouquets of flowers. New management?

Also, the nightclub "16@" (strange name, I know) across from the Windsor Hotel just off An Duong Vuong street appears to be history. Either that or it's shut for the holiday weekend. We shall soon find out which.
